Ethernet driver not installed

After having successfully upgraded from PD5 to PD6, on first start, my previous Win XP SP3 VM was unable to install Parallels Ethernet Driver during Parallels Tolls Install.

I tried to reinstall Parallels Tools, deleted the device and forced Windows to rescan the hardware, selected manually the Parallels Ethernet Driver, inserted my original Win XP CD... to no avail.

Where do I go from here ?

Could you please start the VM (it is not necessary to reproduce the issue) then click menu of Parallels Desktop "Help"->"Report a Problem", send a problem report (it is not necessary to provide description) and post here the report ID.

This should allow us to understand the root of problem.
 
Still not solved after installation of last version : ParallelsDesktop-parallels-en_US-6.0.11822.604190
Difficult to do anything without net access from the PC side...
