Parallels desktop 10: "You have reached the maximum number of activations available"

Dear Parallels Support,
I'd also like to get that "private message". I've contacted you before other people, but you did not reply to me. Why are you ignoring me?

Hello,
same issue here, MacBook went to Apple, and got a new one, no chance to get the old HDD to uninstall, please advice - Thanks
Tom

Good evening, i have the same issue. Change to a new Macbook pro and deleted it from old Macbook air. Can you please help me?

I have just moved to a new laptop and have run into the same issue. I HATE parallels for this ridiculous licensing nonsense. Come on guys .. ONE LICENSE PER USER for the domestic market,. Get with it. Could you please email me and tell me how to get my license working on the new machine.

@StephenB2 , we would like to inform you that according to the Parallels Desktop activation policy you will be able to reactivate the software several times (when you bought new Mac, replaced hardware or had other technical issues with your computer). But when you reached maximum number of activation due to Hardware replacement or other technical issues you may explain the reason of "maximum number of activation" and ask support to change the activation limit.
Except for that, please check your inbox (for more information about your license key activation limit).

I have the same problem that I can't activate PD on my new mac even I moved it from the old one.
Please give me your suggestion how I can solve this problem.

I have the same issue here. I just purchased a new MBP and followed the instructions on this page "How to move Parallels Desktop to a new Mac?", but got the dreaded "You have reached the maximum number of activations available". Please help!
