Upgrade won't accept activation key from old (2007) version

Hi!

I just bought an upgrade from the german site but I cannot install because the key from the previous version is not accepted. I assume it is because the key is very old (2007) and has a different format. Sales support unfortunately didn't help me. What can I do about it?

You can only upgrade from the previous 2 versions (so 9 or 10 for 11). Anything earlier needs a new full license.
