  16. Guy, you can use this KB in order to reset the license key for Parallels Desktop 11

    That only works if your mac is alive, not dead like mine ;) I'm waiting for help on the private message.

    But you really should add the possibility to reset licences from the account page like others do, much easier than a forum like this where we have to wait for replies.

    Hello...I am having the same issue. I have Parallels Desktop 11 on one of my MacBooks. My Parallels 10 key was used on a MacBook that I no longer own (system wiped and reimaged)...so i am unable to "log out" of that system from within Parallels now. How can I get the key freed up so I can use it on my second MacBook?
