Overwatch not working on Parallels 10

I saw people were getting Overwatch working with Parallels, so I went ahead and bought it. However, there are black boxes all over the screen constantly, making the game impossible to play (see attached file).

As I said, there are other people who got Overwatch working (https://forum.parallels.com/threads/overwatch-texture-glitches.336657/), but they seem to be running in Parallels 11, not 10. Will games like these not work in Parallels 10?

I followed all the steps outlined on this page: http://kb.parallels.com/122485
I am using an Early 2015 MacBook Pro with 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 memory, and Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB graphics.

Any suggestions?

Hello snuffysam,
Try changing the screen resolution to 'Scaled' as mentioned in this article and let us know how it works.

There is no option to change the screen resolution in the VM config. The Windows scaling was already at 100%. I'm also not currently using my Retina display- rather, I'm using an external monitor. Regardless, I'll change what I can and keep you posted.

Could you try reinstalling the Parallels Tools, Actions->Reinstall Parallels tools and see how it works.

Having reinstalled parallels tools, the issue persists.

Is this even possible in Parallels 10? I don't want to upgrade to Parallels 11 if I don't need to... or worse, if doing so won't fix my issue.
