Hello! I purchased the upgrade for the latest version and when I click to activate the new key it asks for a previous activation key. My key from 2015 and 2013-previous versions is not being accepted by the system. Help! I'm frustrated that I paid the $49.99 for the upgrade (1yr subscription) and it isn't working. Thank you. We can see that you have a business license. Try registering the license under your account then try to activate.

I have received a email that my parallels account has been renewed, but when I use the key is says that this is an upgrade key. And that I need a key from a previous version. But I can't find this anywhere. Can somebody help?

Hi GillesL1, Try installing Parallels Desktop 11 then install Parallels Desktop 12 and share us the results.
