Activation key is not working

    Hello! I purchased the upgrade for the latest version and when I click to activate the new key it asks for a previous activation key. My key from 2015 and 2013-previous versions is not being accepted by the system. Help! I'm frustrated that I paid the $49.99 for the upgrade (1yr subscription) and it isn't working.

    Hello, my activation key is not working and I've been waiting from someone from the support team who said they could help but they are now not responding. Can somebody please help?

    We can see that you have a business license. Try registering the license under your account then try to activate.

    We have check and confirmed your account is active.
     
  11. I have received a email that my parallels account has been renewed, but when I use the key is says that this is an upgrade key. And that I need a key from a previous version. But I can't find this anywhere. Can somebody help?
