I'm attempting to get parallels access up and going. I have both a MacBook pro retina and a mac mini. The mini works great!, but the macbook won't connect and give the error in the attached files.

    Info on the system:
I'm currently using Parallels Access 3.1.0.
    I've looked at KB articles 112296, 123124 & 122906. Everything looks good
I can log into the mini and it works fine.
I've tried on 3 different internet connections. (Work, Home (Where the mini is working) and tethered through my phone.

Has anyone else had this error? If so, what did you do to address it?

    Thanks,
    ~J

    Hello @JasonD3
Could you try disabling firewall on Mac & other antivirus/security application and see if the connection goes through. Also once try reinstalling the Parallels access on your Macbook. You can remove Parallels Access as described in this article. Let us know how it goes.

Hi, please be informed that Parallels Access - 3.1.6 (31326) was released and the issue has been addressed. Please update Parallels Access to the latest build on both Remote device and Parallels Access agent and check how it works.

I am having the exact same error and problem:
"Unable to connect to the Parallels Access server"
I am on a Mac and just checked that I running the latest version.
I do not have a firewall or security software running.
I should also note that Access was working properly for months without issue. This occurred after remotely access a computer yesterday.

I also noticed that every computer on my list, regardless of its location, shows offline and Access has an X on it.

My account is active until April.
