Can not activate Parallels Toolbox

I just upgraded Parallels Desktop Pro to version 12 as an Abonnement. It says Parallels Toolbox is included, but If I try to activate it with Parallels Desktop v12 product key it says the key is already registered for my Parallels Account. See uploaded file.
What is the problem?

Found a solution myself. I have to say, I do not like your support concept. I am not at twitter, I am not at Facebook, Google or what ever and do not found help for how does this forum work...

I had the same problem today. Just contacted Parallels support by messenger and they, immediately, solved the issue. They did something to my Key and asked me to retry. Solved

I have the same problem. Just upgraded from 11 to 12 and toolbox won't activate with the same error.

Same Issue...I have purchased the Upgrade for PD 12 that include the toolbox. (today) When I try to activate it with the KEY it said: the Product key is already registered with yout parallels account and I can't activate it. I tried to log out/in again, Download from my account but nothing worked. Please advise. I will appreciate it.

Hi @RamonB1, we've made necessary changes in the key settings. You should have reactivated Parallels Toolbox now.
