I just upgraded Parallels Desktop Pro to version 12 as an Abonnement. It says Parallels Toolbox is included, but If I try to activate it with Parallels Desktop v12 product key it says the key is already registered for my Parallels Account. See uploaded file. What is the problem?
Found a solution myself. I have to say, I do not like your support concept. I am not at twitter, I am not at Facebook, Google or what ever and do not found help for how does this forum work...
Same problem. I upgraded to Parallels Desktop 12 . When I try to activate TOOLBOX with the Desktop 12 product key "key already registered for Parallels Desktop Account. What shall I do?
I had the same problem today. Just contacted Parallels support by messenger and they, immediately, solved the issue. They did something to my Key and asked me to retry. Solved
I have the same problem. Just upgraded from 11 to 12 and toolbox won't activate with the same error. @SvenK3 What was your solution? Thanks.
Same Issue...I have purchased the Upgrade for PD 12 that include the toolbox. (today) When I try to activate it with the KEY it said: the Product key is already registered with yout parallels account and I can't activate it. I tried to log out/in again, Download from my account but nothing worked. Please advise. I will appreciate it.
