upgraded to parallels 13, windows won't open

I just upgraded from Parallels 11 to 13. However when I try to open Windows 10 programs, nothing happens.

Hi @josephh3, your Windows virtual machine is freezing when you try to open? If so, please click on the virtual machine and choose "Action" from Mac menu bar to select " Reset" to fix the issue. If the issue persists, please share the screenshot of the window and we will help!
