Removing a License Key

We checked and found that you have two license keys under a subscription which cannot be separated or removed. As is a subscription you can buy a new Pro subscription and use it.

Hi MatteoG1, you can install the trial version of Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/trial/ and access your virtual machine.
 
I had a MacBook crash and Apple gave me a new one. I cant remove my subscription from the old MBP to install on the new one because I dont have access to the system. How do I transfer that prescription?

We have reset the license key. Try to activate it now.
