Hi there. I have what appears to be a common problem here. I bought a personal license for Parallels in 2016. I was setting it up on a new computer today and I got the prompt to activate my license key on the new computer. After I confirmed that, I got this error message: "This license is associated with another Parallels account." I don't know what the email address on that other account is. I want to link the license key with the original account at the time of purchase. Can you deactivate it on that other account? I can send you the license key in a private message.
