Parallels Desktop 11 running Windows 10, is extremely slow (2hrs) to boot.

Hi, I've had Parallels Desktop 11 (not sure anymore) for at least a year or two now. This is estimated of course, but, anyways, Im using a MacBook Pro 13inch.

This is the issue (Imgur) that I've been having ever since. It does this process to boot. Its been incredibly slow & just takes everything on actual Windows 10 computer a long time to load to when it's started. It's located on an external hard drive with over a full 1TB to use, but it just takes a long time. Are there any fixes?
