Hi, you're using it in Parallels Desktop VM? Did you try to reinstall the Office apps? May be you got any error message during the apps start?
yes I'm using Parallels Desktop VM, there are NO error msg pop up, I will try reinstall office. But I firefox in windows or mac, also haven't this issue.
