cannot call outlook

Office 2019, default email appcication : outlook
I use excel/word/powerpoint export to email, then it will no response
But I use firefox / Chrome , share email , outlook will popup ,

Hi, you're using it in Parallels Desktop VM? Did you try to reinstall the Office apps? May be you got any error message during the apps start?

yes I'm using Parallels Desktop VM, there are NO error msg pop up, I will try reinstall office.
But I firefox in windows or mac, also haven't this issue.
