    Hello,
I am using PD 14, my version is 14.1.0 (45387)
I have upgraded MacOS from 10.13 to 10.14.3.

I noticed some issues in my Windows 10 VM (sometimes windows hangs and the cursor blinks) that were not present before upgrading guest OS

Do I need to reinstall Parallels od change some configuration after a gust OS update ?

    Thanks
    Alberto

    Hello Alberto.
By 'guest OS update', if you're referring to a recent Windows update, then it's possible that Parallels Tools might have to be reinstalled. Please follow these steps.

I'm asking if I need to reinstall parallels Desktop after this operation

    Thanks

Alright, let's begin with checking whether Parallels Tools are properly installed anyway. Please follow the steps mentioned in our previous response.

    Hello,
parallels tools are up-to-date and properly installed.
After host OS upgrade, I noticed Windows 10 instability has increased. The main issue is that - sometimes - Windows hangs for 10 / 20 seconds expecially while moving between folders in File explorer.

Anyone else have the same issue ?

    Thanks
    Alberto

  6. Hi, please try the following,
    1. Open the cmd as an administrator
    2. Execute the command sfc/ scannow and provide us with the results.
