I could not activate/change the license on the new mac. Version 10

I buy a new mac, and could not activate the license on the new on, I saw an article (https://kb.parallels.com/123958 )explain How I disable de license in the old mac but doesn't works, doesn't have the steps on my version 10.
Please help me.

Hello Pedro10, We have reset the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.
