Windows computer mouse does not work. I tried everything, it remains to appeal to you. My mouse buttons are messed up and some of them just do not work. Checked on another device, I have a tablet and laptop, everything is in order.

    Regards, Carolina.

Carolina, have you fixed it? Because looks like I have the same problem and don't quite understand what's wrong on my part...
    Regards, Luis

If you have a wireless mouse, then I would advise you to try the following:
    1. Check and reset power
    2. Reset connection
    3. Check for Windows Updates
    4. Restart your device

First, try turning mouse acceleration on and off in your system settings. Head to Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > Mouse. Select the Pointer Options tab. Uncheck the Enhance pointer precision box to turn acceleration off.
