Windows update 1903 black screen

Hi,
I'm having troubles updating Windows 10 with the Windows feature update 1903. I suspect Parallels (Version 15.0.0 (46967)) could be the culprit.
It seems to get stuck around 50%. Then the computer gets very slow and a popup is shown "Display driver failed to start". Then after some time the screen becomes black and Windows unresponsive. I have tried to leave it in this state for several hours without anything happening.
I have tried the following:

• Restartet computer and tried to update again (several times).
• Removed Windows Update cache files.
• Ran Windows Update Troubleshooter (which didn't find anything).
• Reinstalled Parallels Tools.
• Tried to reinstall the display driver with the Parallels driver.

Does anyone else have this problem?
