I tried to move my Parallels Desktop v10 license to my new mac. Restarting PD did not make PD accepting the old license. prlsrvctl activate-license-online ended up with "Unable to confirm the product license. You have reached the maximum number of activations..." prlsrvctl deactivate-license on my old mac yielded "Failed to deactivate the license: This product could not be activated because your activation key is invalid. Make sure you typed the key correctly or contact the Parallels support team for assistance." How can I transfer the license to the new Mac ?
We have reset the activation key. Please follow the instructions below: 1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again. 2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
