I have the same problem, but with Parallels 10 which says the key has been used too many times. How do I reset the key, because the online help has a set of instructions that don't match what the machine shows under OS X Catalina (see attached)
Hi, we've reset your key and no you will be able to activate your Parallels Desktop 10. But please note that Parallels Desktop 10 is not compatible with MacOS Catalina
