Parallels Toolbox for Mac Can not take a webpage shot.

I tried to reinstall Toolbox but it didn't work. My default browser is Safari, and there is a camera button near address bar, I click the camera button it shows working in progress, and when it's done, nothing happened, no pictures shows in folder (desktop by default, and download folder I relocation, both folder didn't have the capture picture.)

is problem replicated for all web pages or only for certain ones? For example, does tool work for such simple page as https://www.google.com/?
If problem occures only for certain links could you share them with me?

Can you press gear on top of Parallels Toolbox -> Help -> Send Technical Data and after that click button send
After that attach report id here
It help us to investigate problem
 
I got the same problem, I tried authorizing full disk and screenshot to both 'Toolbox app' and 'Webpage Screenshot app', the problem is still there.
