Parallels 15 Crashing Mac..

Since updating to Parallels 15 every couple of days my Mac will crash.
Looking at the Panic Report:

Something may be crashing my iMac.

Anyone having any similar issues?
 
This doesn't happen always when parallels is open which is the very odd part. It's like something is going on in the background. Will is post report IDs when it happens again.

I have reported this in version 14 still in version Version 15.1.2 (47123) I was told that this is a defect and that it will be fixed in the next release ... this is a product that has been bought but it is not behaving as it should, the only way to avoid loss is to pause the virtual machine before locking your mac.
when is parallels going to fix this issue?
I have uploaded the panic dump and I have support ticket 2666711 it is still states that it is in engineering I have generated a report and still, the have passed this to "our next level of support team and they will contact you directly for further assistance" then "We have escalated this issue to our Development team to investigate it deeper".
then got the latest release, still crashing, sent crash report.
next "We have forwarded the data you provided to Development team"
last communication in the ticket, "For now, according to Parallels Support rules, I'll have to close this ticket because the issue is being currently investigated by the Development Team. They supposed the issue to be fixed in the latest update but something went wrong so that they are working on that to resolve it in the next update/hotfix."
this current ticket is from October 2019, I can't see the earlier ticket that I originally reported this problem.
can Parallels please sort this out and please respond.

Hi, this issue is under investigation,
Parallels Engineering team are currently working on the resolution and we will inform you once fix or any workaround will be available.

It is clear from this discussion that I am not the only one who is suffering from this defect I am sure that if we search I will find more.
I do love using Parallels, it is a good product, it is just that this instability causes me to loose work (I don't always remember to pause the VM).
The change note from:
Parallels Desktop 15 for Mac 15.1.1 (47117)
states "Resolves an issue with Parallels Desktop crashing occasionally while the Mac is sleeping."
this is obviously not the case, this issue has been around quite a while, is there an ETA or at least an estimation?

Hi TravisP3,
The only way I have managed to avoid the Crash is by pausing Parallels before leaving the laptop so you don't lose any work.
@parallels engineering isn't time for this defect to be looked out more seriously, i.e. P1? we rely on this payed for product for our work.

Me too. 16" MBP chrash every night unless parallels have been shut down.

Can you please hurry? The issue was reported last year and it's still happening. From what I understand, this is happening on newer Macs which feature the T2 Security chip. Parallels is trying to communicate with macOS' ethernet drivers; when it tries to do so and certain system conditions are met, lock-ups and crashes happen.

I have the same issue and it's been happening for an absurd amount of time. Since Parallels is critical to my workflow, I've had to deal with it.

I'm getting a similar kernel panic to everyone else, using an iMac Pro 2017:

The workflow is becoming less and less manageable, as the frequent crashes are now forcing the windows to get stuck on "Scanning and repairing drive (C:): 100% complete". The only way out of the loop is to reset the system. I've been using Parallels for quite some time and yes, I also love and appreciate the product, to the point of having recommended it to other people and businesses (who have spent lots of money on it). A year is quite a long time to try and fix an issue that is central to product's operations. I would hate to have to switch to an alternative and stop recommending Parallels. Could you please provide us with the update on this?
