The license server doesn't accept your product license

    Hi,

    I valid licenses and when the user enters the license key to activate Parallels Desktop (for Mac), it activates fine. However, when he enters the key to activate toolbox, he receives the subject error message. He has tried signing out then back in receiving the same error message. Thoughts?
