Purchased Parallels not working

    My MacBook Pro had an overheating issue when I opened up more than 1 App, so I was told to factory reset it in order to solve this issue. I tried recovering my parallels using my existing parallels account, only for it to tell me that I can't use it anymore because it is not up to date, and that I need to upgrade by paying a fee, even though I already payed £99 for parallels to be compatible with my Mac when I bought it new from you, along with other bizarre messages about my parallels expiring. How do I get the complete parallels I had before back when I purchased the Mac new? I already contacted Apple about this and they advised me to tap to you instead
