Installed Parallels without Windows 10 access

Hi, we installed Parallells without Windows 10 access and got this screen. Anyone experienced this and have an appropriate action? Thanks in advance

Thanks a lot Ajith, we are missing that Windows 10 icon to chose from when I'm adding New.. from Parallel menu. Please see picture. Thanks for helping us out here Windows 10 where are you.jpeg

Hi, that what we did before and then installation got stucked in first picture... So what can we do different this time? Should I download Windows 10 first? And do I need to do something to get iso-file instead of exe etc?

You can download Windows .iso and purchase (if need) Windows OS using this KB article
And then install Windows OS
Also please share a screenshot of stucked installation window if the issue reoccurs.
