Broken laptop how do I transfer Parallels to a new laptop

My old laptop was badly damaged and won't start up.

How can I disable my activation on the broken laptop and use the original key on my new laptop?

We have reset your Parallels Desktop 12 key. You can use it on a Mac with compatible macOS X.

We have already checked with this email address but unable to find any products purchased and registered using it. The screenshot attached is a confirmation email for logging into an account.
