Broken laptop how do I transfer Parallels to a new laptop

My old laptop was badly damaged and won't start up.

How can I disable my activation on the broken laptop and use the original key on my new laptop?

 

We have reset your Parallels Desktop 12 key. You can use it on a Mac with compatible macOS X.

 

I have the same problem, please provide my activation key or instructions to transfer to my new laptop.
