Can't change email address on account

Hi All,
Currently experiencing issue changing my account e-mail. I keep getting a "Your account email cannot be changed at the moment. Contact support for assitance"

could you share with us your old email and the new one via the private message, we will help you to change it.
 
Having the same problem, my old mail address doesn't exist anymore so I can't change it. How can I send you the old and the new one via private message?

I also cannot change my email because my old email is not accessible. I can't even get into my account because it says the browser isn't trusted, and needs my old email to tell it the browser is trusted. I created a new account with my new current email just so I could access the forums and compose this. What can I do to get the old email changed to the new, or transfer all my license and account info to the new account. Thanks!
