Parallels license has reached its activation limit

I am moving my license from parallels desktop 14 to a new mac and I am getting the following error
The activation limit for this license has been reached

Hi. I moved my Parallels Desktop to a new Mac, and when I try to activate my licence, get the message "Parallels license has reached its activation limit"
