I paid for an upgrade to Parallels 17 on my Mac. After I paid online, I did not receive key and it appears to be impossible to contact support. No phone number is shown, no email address either. The only means of contact is either Facebook messenger, twitter, a telegram chatbot or this forum. How can I contact Parallels and ask for my key?
