Did not receive key

    I paid for an upgrade to Parallels 17 on my Mac. After I paid online, I did not receive key and it appears to be impossible to contact support. No phone number is shown, no email address either. The only means of contact is either Facebook messenger, twitter, a telegram chatbot or this forum. How can I contact Parallels and ask for my key?

    My cleverbridge reference nr is 303115468. I could share my email, but rather not on a public forum. I received a PM from of of the staff members, but without the possibility to reply. There is no reply button. You really need to work on your accessibility regarding support.
