I purchased and installed three Parallels licenses for a client today. Each one asked me if I wanted to install Windows 11, and performed the installation flawlessly. So I thought I would create myself a Windows 11 and migrate my cruft into it. My own Parallels happily offered me fresh Windows 10 installations (plus a lot of other non-Windows choices), but I couldn't get it to offer me a Windows 11 despite my best attempts. Why is it doing this? My host machine is a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) with 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7, and I'm pretty sure the hardware is capable.
I should add (if there's a way to edit the original posting, I can't find it) that I also have Parallels on a Mac mini (2018) with 3.2 GHz Intel Core i7, and it shows exactly the same behavior.
Hello, If you have M1 chip Mac, Windows 10 is not available from Microsoft only windows 11 is possible. Please refer to this KB article: https://kb.parallels.com/125375 . Thanks, Parallels Team.
