Black screen of Win 10

Bit poster
Everything worked fine until I installed Ubuntu as another VM.
Have tried "reset" method and everything here https://kb.parallels.com/123094, but still got the black screen.

The version I am running is Version 17.1.4 (51567) which should be the latest version.
The MacOS is the latest: Ventura 13.0 (22A5266r)

Any one can help out please?

Hello, Please open your virtual machine (Windows) first. After opening the virtual machine, you will see the "Actions" option appear on the Mac menu bar where the Apple icon appears on the Mac side. Now click Action > Click STOP > Do not click Shut Down, as Shut Down is different from Stop. Now check if everything is working fine by opening the virtual machine again.
