Good morning, apologies if I'm posting in the incorrect section, but I didn't find one for activation support. I just accidentally a retail box serial number, to the incorrect account. Reason why, is when I registered for the demo, I probably wrote the incorrect email. After weeks of trial, I've got my license, I filled it in Parallels Desktop, but I just realised that it has been associated to the wrong email/account. I'm not in the condition to gain access to such email, and I can't even register it, as it is apparently already in use from a Chinese? user. I can't even contact Parallel support, probably because I don't have any license associated to my personal (correct one) account. Please can anybody help? I just literally wasted a serial number if I'll not be able to contact the support and explain the situation. Kind regards
update: I've seen similar posts, and I suppose that I have PM @Maria@Parallels with my license, but I'm unable to send her PM, maybe because I'm a new user in the forum, Maria if you're there, please can you help?
