    Hello @ParallelsU992, Could you please let us know, have you followed the steps referred in this link - activation? And your current host Mac OS is Yosemite? Refer to this link to know about the Parallels Desktop version and Mac OS compatibility. Thanks.

    Having the same issue today. Tested parallels v11 on Maverics, Mojave, Sierra - always the same "check your internet connection..." error. Clean mac os installation, no firewall no proxy, ports ok, internet connection ok.
