Parallels Desktop 18 for Mac cannot be installed on macOS 13.1 (Ventura)

Installation window starts but after 20 secs suddenly disappears.

Clicking "Install Parallels Desktop.app" causes ....

Installation-process starts. But the above window closes unexpected.
macOS security settings are as follows:

Any help is appreciated.

Just set up a brand new M2 Pro MacBook Pro and having the same issue. Exactly as JorgS11 stated in their original post, installation will run until "Installing... This may take a few moments." then crashes after a few seconds.
Tried first with macOS 13.2.1, then updated to 13.3.1. Security settings are the same as the screenshot in the first post. Also tried in Safe Mode, but it stops part way through and says "Parrallels cannot be run in Safe Mode". No matter what I do Parallels never completes installation.

Thank you for your feedback.

If you have antivirus installed, temporarily uninstall it, reboot the mac and try installing Parallels Desktop again.
