Help with activating license key on new Mac

Hello. I recently bought the new MacBook Pro. I tried to activate on the new Mac using my license key. I am getting this error:

Unable to perform the operation.

This license key is associated with another Parallels account.
Please sign in using this account and try again.

I have confirmed I am signed in using the correct Parallels account. Any help here? Thanks.
 
Nevermind. I was indeed using the wrong email. I confirmed this using the tool on the Parallels site. Entered my activation key, and it showed me the correct email. I logged into that email in the client and everything is working.
