Network Slows Down

Hi

I have an issue that happens periodically where the speed of the network (copying files to other machines on my network, accessing databases etc.) slows to a crawl in my Win 11 VM on an M1 Max Mac. A reboot of the VM always rectifies the issues.

I should also add this happens with different local networks so does seem to be a VM/Parallels issue.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and whether anyone has any thoughts or workarounds.
