License Key attached to different account, cannot activate purchased key?

    I have purchased over the years multiple copies of Parallels using two different emails. I began using my current email account when the domain name of the original email account was going to be terminated. I never thought to change my email address to my current one for those original licenses as I wasn't having any issues. Now, in preparation for changing my computer setup, I went to login to the account setup with my old email address and of course the system wants to authenticate the new browser. Unfortunately, its sending the authentication to my old address - hence the problem. I have the details of my a/c but do not want to post them in a public forum. Can someone PM me and assist me with associating the old account licenses to my current email address so I can manage them going forward. TIA.

    I've also sent you a PM, but after you moved my two licenses and I sign-in on my desktop with my current email it appears Parallels wants to activate the s/w despite the key pre-populating as indicated in the screenshot I sent you. I'm wondering by reading other posts if I also need you to deactivate those two licenses. Of the two licenses I supplied you only **** NAP2C7 is currently being used - the computer assigned to the other one has been decommissioned so it can definitely be deactivated.

    I also post this here in case other staff members can help.

    Hey!
    I am having the same issue as others in this thread.

    The only key I have in my account is for Parallels 14 and it won't let me use that when trying to download and register version 20. I have been paying the subscription fee for several years. Any help would be appreciated.
