License Key is associated with another Parallels account

Hey so I have registered my license key previously but can't remember which email it is, I've tried my emails but cant figure out what the issue is. Anyone knows how to find the email associated with the key?
 
I changed computers from an Intel iMac to a Mac Studio with an M2 chip. I used Time Machine to effect the transfer from old to new computer.
I have two accounts/email-addresses. I have two licenses on one email and a single license on another. During the transfer process, I temporarily forgot which computers were associated with which email accounts. I chose the wrong account to download the Parallels 19 for Mac Apple chip and my copy of Windows 10 upgraded for free to Windows 11. Now, when I try to use Windows 11, it tells me that both of the keys for the correct account are in use by another computer.
I want to re-install the key that I used on the original computer, bnut I don't know which is which.
Can you help?

I am having the same issue. I have my install key and cannot figure out which account it goes with. I have tried entering the key in the "I forgot my email address" and haven't had any luck. Help would be appreciated!

I have a licence key for MacBook Pro from 2020. My subscription was automatically bought again but parallels quit working and I can't seem to be able to get it working again... I haven't found an answer anywhere that works.

Please collect a technical report at the moment of issue reproduction (Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID as a reply to this post.

Also, please confirm if the issue is that you are unable to start Parallels Desktop or just virtual machines.

Hello When I started Parallels Desktop the Windows 11 screen show and then it popped up a dialog asking for Activation Key which I enetered. Then it asked me to create an account. After that when I start Parallels it is still asking for Activatiion Key and when I enter it ist says Key is already associated with another machine. Please help.
