Unauthorised Charge

    Hi there. I have been charged £119.99 on 04 Jan 2024 ref 050105375014. I do not recognise this and have checked my subscription details. My Parallels subscription renews each May. Please help!

    Issue with Parallels Activation and Billing

    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered regarding the activation and billing of my Parallels software.
    On February 12, 2024, I attempted to activate the trial version of Parallels on my MacBook, but strangely your system activated a student version and I was charged $71.99 USD for it.
    I intended to utilize the trial version initially, but it seems that I was charged for the student version instead.
    Moreover, after 14 days, I received a prompt to purchase the software again, despite having already paid for the license. This situation has caused confusion and inconvenience.
    I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Could you please verify my purchase and ensure that my license is activated correctly?
    Please let me know if any further information is required from my end to facilitate the resolution of this issue. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

    I have canceled my renew of my account 5 month ago, but today it charged me 99.99$
    My account : ebiganjali@gmail.com
    Without informing or notification, I also don't have my macbook , why it charged me?

    Dear Sir
    Last year I downloaded the parrarel for trial and after that I make payment, but the program ask for charge again, and I have paid more than the amount , as I rememer it should be 69$ but also I paid for another 99$, but I have canceled auto renew, but yesterday again it charged me with 99$. here I have attached the detail, I dont have ma macbook, so why after cancelation of renew it charged me again?
    please check my account .
    one time it deduct amount from my apple account , one time from my bank account. what is the reason???

    Hello,

    Please note if the purchase was made through the App store, Parallels does not have any visibility on purchase records for Parallels Desktop sold by Apple.

    In this scenario, we would recommend to contact Apple support to get your refund and eventually cancel your subscription.

    Hi,
    I was charged this weekend for another year even though I turned off auto renew last year when I subscribed. My ref. is 486082139
    I would like to cancel my subscription and any renewals. And to get a refunder this year.

    Please be informed that a refund request for the purchase has been submitted for processing.
    Furthermore, kindly note that it can take five to seven business days for refunds to show up on your account.

    Hello,
    I activated PayPal for Parallels products a few years ago, including Toolbox for Windows.
    Today I was charged 24.99 Euros via PayPal. I no longer use Parallels software. On my account page, all subscriptions are expired.
    I could not find the references for Parallels Toolbox for Windows to cancel future payments via PayPal.
    Cleverbridge order number is 486053947
    Please help me cancel this payment and cancel subsequent payments. Thank you
