Cannot deactivate subscription due to "product key being registered to a different account"

    This is definitely not the case as I have the email with the initial product key when I signed up. Reading the forums looks like multiple people have been having a similar issue and it is a problem on Parallels end.
    Very unhappy with having to go to a forum to get support's attention just to cancel a subscription.

    Hello! I have a permanent license for parallels desktop 14. Will it be enough for me to buy an upgrade to version 20 or do I need to buy a full license again?
