When is a NEW build for 4.0 coming out - seems like the current build doesn't work, and it has been over a month since the current build was released on Nov 22 2008.

Has anyone tried to use Time Machine as complete backup Does anyone know if I have a complete Time Machine backup prior to installing version 4 - will that work as replacing everything????? I haven't used time machine yet to back up anything yet.

I have submitted the request for a free upgrade multiple times - and Parallels STILL has not sent an activation key - I guess, when version 3 is useless to me I will be going with a company that gives FREE UPGRADES very readily and NOT owned by the Russians.

Team Parallels: When you have a build for version 4.0 that works and NOT A BETA like you are trying to pass off to us, then tell us that a version "version 4.1" is available. I will not tolerate upgrading a NEW Program that is FAULTY from the Getgo!
