Hi I am another customer whose video downloading function is not working. Any chance for a reply from technical support for me and others with this problem?

Video downloader will download English videos in another language from you tube, German and I have had Italian one too. I tried another downloader and no problem, I also tried parallels on another Mac and the issue is still there.

The download video app is not downloading videos from YouTube. Keep getting an error stating the video service may not be supported. I have the latest version and have used a vpn switching to different countries but nothing happens.

I downloaded a tutorial from my Youtube channel but the video file has no audio. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
