permanent license

Hi There, after installing Parallels on a "new" Macbook (with apples migration-assistant), Parallels was doing an upgrade by starting it. I don't want an upgrade, but there was no other chance to start it. Now it asks me to buy an upgrade for 129,99€... Does anybody now how I can downgrade it...

I want a VM that runs on Catalina and allows installation of windows 32 bit OS eg: Win 7 or XP. It seems that Parallels 16 or 17 will work. Can I buy a permanent license for either of those?

I bought some permanent licenses of Parallels versions 12, 13, and 14; I suposse that I can install it, but I did't find download area for older versions. (I have a old Mac Mini, where I want install it; for my Macbook Pro I subscribe another license, annualy renewable.) Thanks,
