I want to configure a transceiver Device, This is online possible with a Windows App. Trying to Connect the Device with usb-c - usb-c cable leads to no reaction, the App Shows only com1 available. Dose somebody has similar experience and an Solution?

Hallo, I'm trying to configure a device with an Windows App. But the App does Not recognized anything Thun com1, nothing Else can be Chosen. What are the possibilities to configure an USB Port?
