USB device Not recognized in Windows

Hallo, I'm trying to configure a device with an Windows App. But the App does Not recognized anything Thun com1, nothing Else can be Chosen. What are the possibilities to configure an USB Port?

2. Do you have any error message?
3. Please collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click the Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this e-mail.

Hello,
wouxun kg q332 Is One of the devices. Also an Yaesu FT5-D. There is no reaction on the Device, no error Message also.
It will be maybe helpful of I couöd know the „normal" reaction of Windows in parallels with an Device that is recognized. I don't think that the Device is the topic more that the Software and the Windows settings (in parallels).
Are there any recommendation for the settings?
