Accidently bought wrong version

I accidently bought a wrong version of Parallels Desktop. I bought the upgrade version but at the installation I found out I had to buy a new license.
My reference number is 107232526. Is it possible to have a refund of my invoice AKD-73653400636 for the amount of Euro 49,99?
